Support Needed: Andriana serves thousands of schools and educators with her behavior and classroom management products. In our four years working together, we successfully orchestrated over 16 product launches. For this new launch, she wanted to make major changes to her product to help educators take action on her methodology. She needed help pulling this together and relaunching her program with these new updates.
We reworked the product into a new format based on adult learning theory. With our collaborative efforts, we designed a launch that would build the hype needed to get educators excited about this new product. We built a robust sales funnel, created the structure and content for a live event, and worked with a cross-functional team to pull together branding and professional video assets for an epic launch. Andriana tripled her sales compared to the last launch, and we were able to 7x product completion rates with this new format.
We have successfully orchestrated several follow-on launches, including the most recent, which garnered over 4,000 webinar signups and 1.1M reach on social the month before launch. We serve as a Fractional CMO and full-service marketing team.

Support Needed: Laura had launched a successful product to support parents of children with sensory needs. She needed support creating a strategy around messaging and positioning for her next launch. We dug into market research, surveys, and customer interviews to understand how to showcase her product to her ideal audience. We created the launch strategy from start to finish, including all sales page copy and e-mail sequences. We developed a sales funnel that increased the LTV of her customers and created a smooth customer journey. We conducted an in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape and conducted over 30 customer interviews. We worked with a cross-functional team to craft the copy and layout of the homepage and feature pages, bringing this vision to life.

Together with the founders, we developed an educator matching system to foster these relationships. We trained the educators on the advisor role and tracked matches throughout the program. We collaborated to foster connections beyond the program, supporting influencer and beta testing partnerships.

Support Needed: Alissa and Megan had a vision for modernizing the K12 professional development landscape. We built a team and operational structures for the foundation of the company. We led an agile process for product development and formed a GTM strategy for the product. We cultivated a community of over 13k educators in a few months and served over 3k users. We used summits, live events, e-mail marketing, and social media to secure leads. We partnered with over 80 educational influencers, including one partnership that led to over 500 B2B leads. We created the website copy, which included positioning and messaging based on market research and customer discovery.
